"Maya construction gets my unqualified best and highest recommendation. We are a legal services firm located in the Loop. We hired Maya Construction to build some custom cubicles for us. From initial phone call to final payment the relationship was professional, positive, and productive. The project moved along fast and flawlessly. Udi Yeger and his team worked effectively with the building engineer and staff and moved in and out of the construction site creating virtually no disruption to the building’s operations or to ours. Each day I prepared staff for the noise, dust and confusion I expected we would experience and each day we were all very pleasantly surprised. "Missed a lot of small pea holes in the middle of driveway. Said that is usual, but yet the sides had sealcoating in them and my small cracks. They came out to patch it and well looks awful. My son even told them the spots and they missed almost all of them. Usually they charge $90, but our subdivision had over 30 of us that went in and they charged $75. Over 30 of us are highly disappointed with the quality and false advertising on there flyer."

"The company closed this time last year, but the owner stepped up and did what needed to be done to assist with closing out the rest of the project. Eric Udelhoven is an honest, stand up person that goes above and beyond. It is super unfortunate that the circumstances happened the way that they did with Catalyst, but Eric Udelhoven pushed go get subs into our job, help us with material procurement, and oversee the project on a high level. Even after the business had closed, he helped my wife and i finish the project and didn't charge us for his time. The way it all went down could have been a lot better with respect to the business closing, but we reached out and made contact shortly after everything had gone sideways for them. Ultimately, the process was obviously super bumpy, but we were able to get our first floor renovation finished to a high level of finish with Eric's assistance. I am SUPER happy that i dont have to do any more home repairs in the near future!!! House looks great, but remodeling is super stressful!"
