I received followup calls over a period of 3 months, finally determining to complete the projects in October 2024. Once the decision was confirmed, the project specialist reviewed the list of work on site the same day the contract was signed. My home was scrapped and painted, shutters removed and repainted, along with repairs to the eves, replacement of porch light frames and restoration of a desperately deilapidated fence. Communication and integrity are earmarks of this service agency. Both the contractor and the worker completing the project, were consistent in keeping me informed of the project and pursuing my approvals as the work progressed. The work quality was exceptional. "I would highly recommend David Nesmith as a drywall finisher and as a painter. I contacted Mr Nesmith about repairing some drywall taping that was poorly done. Mr. Nesmith came out the same day to look at the project and give me a quote. His quote was vey reasonable so I asked him to do the job. His work was excellent and he is very meticulous and there was no mess to clean up. I also asked him to paint a hallway. Mr Nesmith was prompt in returning my phone call and he completed the job in the time he stated he would. I will definitely be calling him again for any painting or drywall needs that arise."

"We hired SAL to install new ceramic tile floors in our hall bath, master bath, & master hallway. They also put in new 3/4 cherry hardwood floors in my master bedroom. Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.

"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled.
