He did a rendering and it was far more beautiful than we expected. We had Custom Landscapes install an above ground pool and loved his idea to build a deck around the oval pool. We appreciate Dave's communication when a product was delayed or we had weather related issues he would let us know. "They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
