Rich was very nice explained the work that needed to be done. Rich is down to earth and treats you like he's known you for years. He is so helpful and returns calls fast. The two workers did a good job. Excellent company. Thank you bc it has been a very very hot few months and I can't be more appreciative! 🤗💯

The entire process was outstanding from the first phone call to completion. All took place within 2 weeks! Great service, great price and very professional!!!

They were very prompt, they came out a day after I called them, They have a good price, they did a great job and I am very happy with their service.

The service person was nice, and ordered the part. It was a bit high priced but I'm not sure a fair price for an electrical board for a funace. They said it would arrive in two days, but took eight. They did not call to update me. But when it did come in, it was fixed quickly.

Came right on time. Diagnosed the problem. Had part in the truck. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous .

Rich came out promptly on New Years Eve. He replaced the switch but more importantly gave valuable advice on how to save money in the future and make my older furnace last longer.

We got 5 or 6 estimates and Rich had the best bid. He gave reasonable advice and didn't try to add unnecessary bells and whistles. He specializes in service and replacement of old units and has a small operation - him, his son and another young man.  They arrived at 8 am as scheduled.  They put down tarps from our front door to the stairs of our third-floor attic so there was no wear and tear on our floor or carpets.  They had the old units removed and had the new units installed and operational and had packed up and left before noon!  I couldn't believe how little disruption to our lives the process turned out to be.

Service provider was prompt and very courteous. He quickly identified that the leak was because of a hose that had come loose and reattached it. As a courtesy, he also checked to ensure that our furnace was ready for winter use. I will definitely use this company in the future.

furnace has worked fine since the repair.Made service call for furnace exhaust fan running, but not heating. I had shut down furnace and technician could make the igniter work manually, then it continued to work while he was on site. An hour after he left, it failed again, but it was too late in the day for him to return. The technician directed me through a couple of things to try, then indicated that the computer board was very likely the problem. He returned the next morning and replaced the computer board. He then tore up the bill from the previous day and charged me for thr board and one service call. The

He replaced both the furnace and AC with energy efficient systems. Replaced copper piping . Very professional and clean! I would recommend them highly!

Called, left msg. Rich called back right away, said he could not be there until next day. Showed up next day and replaced motor. AC works fine.

Worked great all weekend and now today (MONDAY AFTER) the same thing is happening. Called the main number and left message - will see how this plays out....right now NOT HAPPY...but it could be a bad part...that does happen. Will update with resolution.
**UPDATE /CONCLUSION**
It was just a bad part - the capacitor - replaced and checked the motor just in case....but it was the other not the motor.
They returned my call and everything was finished and replaced within 2 hours of the call this afternoon.

I was very please with their service. I have a dog and they stopped right away to make friends. They went around the side of my complex so they did not have to come through my place. I was out of town when all this occured so my mom was there. They treated her great and had it all installed in a timely manner.

They did a very good job for me. He did real well. His service people did not make a less. The got in and got out. I am very pleased with their work.
