"The pictures do not really show how tedious this job was. These two men, associated with Ask Michael, gave me a quote to rehang a number of my kitchen cabinate doors. They had been badly done prior to my purchase of the house and were failing, to the point of falling off. They purchased the necessary hardware, came back the next day and did the installation. They were on time and worked until the job was finished. Their work quality and concern to get the work done correctly was top drawer. And they were honest, telling me the quote for materials was high, and revising their bill lower. Overall I was very happy and will use them again."

Our top customers are landlords who might need anything & everything quickly renovated before listing for the next renter, so we'll have a team of "Elves" bring their specialized talent to their portion of the job and along with the other "Elves" enabling us to quickly turn the whole job. And then, if desired, we'll nearly manage the property as well (everything except sign leases) - and that is how we provide "Property Management at Property Maintenance Prices." Yes! We serve residential customers also where they may just need one Elf to do a specific "magical" repair or new installation.

"Exploring home maintenance projects, I contacted Angi and interviewed 2 listed companies. Oreo Maintenance proved an excellent choice. The contractor contacted me promptly, followed with an onsite visit and same day estimate. I determined to consider options of pursuing the projects in 2024 or Spring of 2025 over 3 months, finally agreeing to complete in October of 2024. Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year. Professionalism and integrity are earmarks of this agency. I received regular communication and approval as the work progressed. Project completed in a timely manner. Quality of the work excellent. Sutton Roofing & Siding was started in 1946 by Edsel & Mayme Sutton in Springfield Illinois. Edsel sold the work and Mayme ran the business. They had an installer and focused solely on Roofing and Siding. In those days, there were only a handful of colors to offer customers. The Sutton’s prided themselves on using the highest quality materials and installation available. Then, they put their name on it and offered a guarantee. A handful of the projects they did in those early days can still be seen on homes in the older areas of Springfield today. In the late 1970's, Douglas Sutton moved back to Springfield and took over the family business for his parents, Edsel and Mayme. He changed the name to reflect the expanded remodeling services. The new name was Sutton Siding & Remodeling, Inc. A marketing partner of Doug's was responsible for one of the most successful marketing campaigns in Springfield. Sutton Siding & Remodeling adopted the slogan, ""You call us, we don't call you."" That is because some key competitors at the time were dialing for dollars every evening and on weekends bothering people for appointments. The slogan worked and separated Sutton's from the vultures lurking on the phone. People still refer to that slogan today and refer to Sutton’s as simply “Sutton Siding.” Fast forward to 1995 and Douglas Sutton Jr, along with his brother Michael Sutton, took over the family business. Eventually, the duo decided to change the name to simply ""Sutton's."" The pair added a property restoration division and is recognizing a need in the marketplace to help customers after a fire or storm damage. Together, the brothers still operate the business in partnership and work in the business every day in the same office on Peoria Road on Springfield’s north side. Sutton’s has three distinct divisions. They are Exteriors, Remodeling, and Service. Sutton’s started as a Roofing and Siding company and is still the largest Roofing & Siding Company in central Illinois.

"As senior citizens, it’s hard to get things done that in years past we were capable of doing ourselves. Climbing ladders to hammer Loose facia, fixing a window that was cracked, fixing a screen in a storm door thats on s roller(used to just pop the screen in and out). Little things mean a lot to keep your home updated and looking good. Curb appeal makes a difference. That being said we want to give a big five star rating to Sutton’s for being there to get all this things done for us. We are so happy with the job they did. Everything looks great. Love our new screen door, is so nice to not have duct tape holding the screen together. We can’t thank you enough. Great service from a great company. Shout out to Adam and all the other workers, job well done."
