  I was really impressed about their emergency response and result. We paid $70. I think it is a fair price because we have 2 lots with sprinkler heads on both of them. They are very pleasant. They are prompt and professional. I am not familiar with what other people charge. We just stick with them because we can rely on them. We would use them again in the future. We are going to have them redo some underground sprinkler sizes and locations next year. We probably will not shop around. We will just go with them because we know they know what they are doingshow more

  I got 3 estimates for the job, and Mark (owner) came in the cheapest. He also showed the most interest in the job and answered all questions I had before going ahead with the project. To me this was a lot of money to spend, so I was making sure I was spending it correctly. Mark walked my through the process of install, some tricks of the trade, what is good and what isn't, what other companies do that aren't so good. He works a lot in my neighborhood so I had some good reviews on him already. He pays attention to detail and makes sure the job gets done right. He is involved with every step, he just doesn't leave it for an employee. There was very little damage done to the lawn and now 2 weeks later, there is only a trace of the work that was done. The system has been working as promised. I was very happy with the process and have recommended them to others and will use him to maintain the systemshow more

Last year Mike upgraded my system by adding several new heads and replacing valves and a new controller. It was a great improvement over what was there.   The on-site installation staff was very friendly and professional. They were prompt in their arrival and did a get job with installation. They will subsequently be forwarding an electronic PDF file of our zones so we know how to work with our timing device and directed us to a website with directions on how to use the device. Name brand products were used for the system and they handled permits, etc. Water Works was incredibly generous in working with us a 501(c)3 not-for-profit - words cannot adequately describe our appreciation.   I made an appointment with Francis at the conclusion of a remodeling project on our cottage on an island in the Gulf of Mexico after visiting his website. We wanted to move back in asap, and Francis scheduled us promptly. First, cleaning up the site which had been badly damaged, unbeknownst to us the irrigation system had been turned off by the contractor, and not turned back on for 4 months, so we lost a lot of sod,and all the plantings were in severe stress. The shell paths had been pretty well wrecked as well. Francis corrected all of the above problems, and then designed a courtyard garden that had been created as part of the remodeling. Permitting is a huge issue, as part of our property is within the coastal construction zone, pools, patios, etc. can take months to be permitted. Francis subcontracted a paver patio that is beautiful and met all of the requirements of our city, without needing a permit. He also subcontracted a craftsman to construct the steps leading down to the patio, and this was no quick throw together, the quality of the work is impeccable. I had an old fountain that I wanted to use but it was missing some important parts. Francis used his ingenuity (and some creative use of super glue!) to get it up and running. The cottage is a second home, and we have had years of experience with suppliers, workers, etc. that just don't do the work if you are not around. Francis maintains our irrigation system, checks on the health of the plants, and treats them accordingly, even pulling weeds when that is not part of his job description, he just does what needs to be done. He always provides photos with his emails, so we can see exactly how thisgs are doing. We have an old palm, which is the "queen tree" on our lot and is financially irreplaceable. Francis diagnosed what the tree was suffering from and although it is incurable, he has been treating it with loving care (and antibiotics) to keep it healthy as possible. His workers are pleasant and hardworking, and fast! So to summarize, Francis provides beautiful results in landscaping, but he doesn't stop there. He watches over it as if it were his own. He always goes the extra mile to have a happy client and we couldn't be happier with the results. We have recommended him over and overshow more
