My grass didn't look good. I don't know if they didn't put enough nitrogen on the ground but I don't know because I'm not a landscaper. My grass is usually the best looking one in the neighborhood. I don't think they put the right combination of chemicals on mine.

They came so late in the season for the first time that the crabgrass was fully established. They came the second time for a late spring application in the middle of July. The guy did two 1/2 acre lawns (my neighbors and mine) in less than 10 minutes and left many ruts behind. I still have paid for 3 more treatments and I don't see them being put on before the snow flies.

I have used them for five years, and I am still using them. I think they helped us through the drought last year. They are timely and do a good job.

Naturescape is professional. They are knowledgeable and dependable.They're very good. We use them every year.

They do a great job. They are very good and they are not very expensive. If they miss something and they come back and they don't charge you additional cost for it. They are inexpensive, they are great to have and it is better than working on your lawn yourself.

The prices are reasonable. They do a good job.

Only did back yard once ( out of five applications ), complained to manager, he came out and agreed that the back yard was full of weeds, since it was late in season he offered free shrub and tree service, that was in Sept . Nobody has been back. We paid for entire season in advance and only got half our lawn treated. Do not hire them.

They are good and thorough. If I have issues, they are quick to come out. The price is good. The competitor that we used to use was twice as expensive.

It was a good experience. They improved our yard. When we first started, we had a problem. Eventually they rectified the problem. Everything seems to be in order. They are fine. They have done fairly well. I would recommend them to others. I would use them in the future.

Received competitive bid for fertilizer treatment and hired them. They were prompt and came next day. After 2 weeks it appeared they missed fertilizing half my yard. I called them 4 times over the next 2 weeks for service call and they told me they had too many customers and I would have to wait another 10 days - 2 weeks for somebody to come and look at my lawn. I cancelled my service with them.

We had them for 5 years previously, and were being dissapointed with every year and kept givning them "another chance" Last year was the straw that broke the camels back. The man was using a Segway to spread the grainuals. When we went out to talk to him, we noticed the bin holding the stuff was almost empty and he was on his way to do the back yard which is 1/2 acre. OK there was maybe 3 cups of grains in the bin. It seemed every year the lawn would look worse and worse. The "manager" would come out and look at it and give excuses for this and that. But when they were charging for applications and there was not enough product to do the job, that was it. The worker said oh he forgot to fill it, and thank you for pointing that out. PLEASE... All I have to say is watch them and make sure you get what you pay for. You could do it yourself for cheaper and at least you would know it is done.

They come out to get the work done when we are not here. I like them, as they are probably the cheapest lawn care company around. I wouldn't be able to comment on their professionalism, as I haven't met any of the guys. I just send them a cheque and they show up to get the work done. I would surely use their services in the future as well.
