Steve was punctual and prepared to work. He replaced many of the outside light bulbs, even climbing on the roof. He repaired a loose gutter then moved inside. He reinstalled numerous loose towel bars. I will be calling him back to paint 2 bathrooms.

I found Rob right here on Angie's list. I set up a date for him to come out and walk through all the projects I needed done. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Rob, I knew he was the guy. He shared some suggestions and concerns that I never would have thought about. Within only a few days he emailed me a quote of each project we had talked about. I had to wait a month or so before I could schedule anything, but when I reached out to him to set up the first projects, he emailed me back quickly and we were able to set up a date time time with ease. He said he would be here at 0830hrs, and he showed up right at 0830. For me, that is how I want it. I don't like being surprised by service persons arriving 20 minutes later, and worse 20 minutes late. He performed the work quickly and it all turned out better than I expected. Within in the next year, I have about $2,000 in electrical work I need done, and Rob will get each dollar because he earned my trust and respect. From here on out, I will only allow my family to use Rob for their electrical needs. On top of all the other great things, Rob is a very easy person to talk too. He is just another guy if you will. I've dealt with servicemen come in and they act like they don't have time for you, but Rob treats you like you are his good friend. I could go on and on and on, but there is no need. Rob is hands down the best choice you can make for your electrical needs! Thanks Rob, I look forward to the next set of projects

I was very pleased with the work done. Rob fixed my initial problem on the first visit, then started work on another problem since there was still time left. He ran into a few challenges on that job due to some 'interesting' wiring in my house, but he was determined to get it fixed. When he came back the next time, he was able to get it fixed quickly and also installed an exterior light. He was right on time and got right to work each time he was at my house, and was very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire him again. Thank you

They came up with the whole plan for us. I liked working with them. Whenever you had a question, they always came out, looked at things, talk to you, and explain things to you first. The workers are really good. They clean up after themselves. They know what they are doing. They weren't the cheapest, but they did a really good job, so it was worth it

For the most part, it went very well. Our landscaper was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He purchased the plants I asked for and kept me informed of what he was doing. He typed up what he was going to do and gave us a copy. The crew came and got right to work and worked until they were finished. We are pleased with the overall look. Our front yard looks beautiful. I am very please also with the metal edging that was put down. The only con would be that he gave us a price on landscaping and plants but didn't completely fill in the areas we needed so it end up costing us more than the quoted price in order to purchase more plants. A lesson learned. Make sure when you are hiring a landscaper that you understand exactly how many plants you will need beforehand. Make sure it is in writing. Thank you

A minor windstorm dislodged some of our siding so we called CAT based on other Angie's List reviews and we couldn't be happier! They arrived shortly after being called, diagnosed the problem (which wasn't entirely wind related but shoddy work from our original siding installer), showed up ON TIME the next day with materials and finished the job ON TIME and ON BUDGET with no hidden price tricks or hidden agendas. They also installed 18 exterior soffet accent lights at a very reasonable price. Now we are the talk of the subdivision!
