"[member name removed], I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the experience you had with Green Acres. I have thoroughly researched your project and reviewed the emails between you and our staff. On June 1, you emailed indicating that you were fine with the quote provided and asked for additional services. On June 8, our Landscape Manager emailed you the revised estimate which you accepted via email on June 9, and indicated you "hoped" it could be done by the end of June. On June 26, you emailed stating that you were having a large 4th of July party and were "really in need" of the backyard work. The Landscape Manager then replied to your email indicating that due to the weather (we had 14 days of rain between June 9 and July 5), we were delayed on several projects and that you could contact us with any questions. You responded on June 26, expressing your frustration that we could not meet your needs. We again responded to you, apologizing for the frustration and explained the weather is not a factor that we can control, and that all jobs are scheduled and completed in order of how they are sold. Our crews then arrived at your property on July 5 and began the work you had requested. On July 6, we received an email that stated you had concerns about the work that was done and that you "do not like the look at all." You then called the office asking to speak to the Landscape Manager who was in a meeting with another client and we would give him a message to contact you, which he did. The job was then completed on July 6, and you were charged appropriately on July 7, and the invoice was emailed to you. You then sent an email at 5:43 PM (our office closes at 5:00 PM) on Friday July 7 stating that you have disputed the payment on your credit card, and demanding that we cancel the payment within 48 hours, along with an extensive list of other demands that go above and beyond the work that was estimated. Then on Sunday July 9 (again outside of business hours), another email was received from you stating that you have filed a complaint with not only the credit card company, but also the Better Business Bureau. Green Acres Lawn Care stands behind our work 100%, and this job was completed and invoiced to the specifications set forth in the original estimate. Any changes to this would result in an additional cost, as it would with any company. We are among the top rated companies in our area, and have a long standing history with 1000's of satisfied clients. This would not be the case if we operated our business in the manner of which you accuse us. If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me. The quality of the work done was very poor. The Green Acres rep admitted afterwards that it was not work that he would want done at his residence and that it is not an example of work that they would post on their website as an example of the work that they do. Sadly, I will have to pay another landscaper to come in and fix this work.
With them many times and are always happy with the final
product. I'd recommend their services to anyone.
Green Acres takes care of my yard weekly. Plus they handle my snow removal too! I am very happy with the quality and service. When mowing the back yard, they move things (trampoline) to make sure every inch of the yard is covered. When I call, I always get a quick response. The prices are competitive and service is exceptional. I highly recommend this company!

"[member's name removed] I greatly apologize for the lack of follow up. As you can see from the other reviews, this is not typical of our company. We take great pride in customer service and our clients satisfaction is our top priority. We, as do most of us nowadays, rely heavily on technology to help our business and there was a software glitch which caused us not to be notified to follow up with you. The good news is we have already spoken to our software developer and have taken steps to resolve this issue. Again, we do apologize for this error and if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know and we will make sure to do whatever we can to assist.
