  Raindrops did a fantastic job! They put in a beautiful paver sidewalk and fixed a drainage issue we had underneath our deck/backyard by trenching/routing all of our gutter downspouts. They were always friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

  Wow. These guys hit the ground running when the arrived to do the work. They did all of the work we went over when the job was quoted. And they worked quickly and quietly. When the work was complete, they cleaned up everything and asked if everything looked OK. They also instructed us on how to water our new landscaping.   We've used Pro Tree Care & Landscaping for three large jobs over several years. Initially, we hired Linda and her team to thin back two massive maple trees. Linda clearly explained the appropriate timing and bloom stage that would be best for the health of the trees, and we set an appointment that was contingent upon the weather. Linda also explained that the trees would look a bit stark after the trim back but they would fill in over the summer. This was important because we didn't know how much they would be taking off. On the date of service (the weather cooperated), Linda and her team arrived on time, completed the service and clean up, and were professional and courteous. We couldn't believe how much needed to be pruned away - the yard was covered in branches and twigs - but when they left, the yard was spotless. The trees remain beautifully shaped and healthier than ever. We will definitely be using Linda again next time they need to be trimmed back. We recently decided to remove a very large landscape bed (about 1/3 of our yard) and lay sod. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Pro Tree Care again. Their quotes were competitive and we were happy with previous work. Linda came out and walked the yard with us, taking notes on specifics (we had several bushes and flowers to remove as well as a tree stump to grind out). We set a date, again contingent upon weather, but it ended up raining all week. Linda called us a couple days before work was set to begin and we worked out an alternate start date. The day before the reschedule, it poured again so we bumped it back one more day, and Linda and her crew arrived as scheduled. The team was able to complete the tear out and tilling in one day. Linda's foreman explained sod options and he and the team did an extra cut out and till to straighten the curved bed so the sod would blend more naturally. He also recommended sprinkler products and a timer so we could be prepared for when the sod arrived. We did not have a clear timeline on the sod since harvesting was contingent upon the weather. About a week after the tear out, we got a break in the rain and were able to get the sod. Linda's team tilled the bed again, prepared the soil, and laid the sod meticulously. From the house, it looked like it had always been there. Afterward, they cleaned the area and left the yard spotless. Once again, the foreman explained how to care for the sod in the coming months, what to expect, and how to avoid trouble spots in the first season. His attention to detail and ability to explain "what/how/why" are outstanding. Linda inspected the final work and we are thrilled with the results. This has always been an honest and hard working group for us, and we will continue to use and recommend their servicesshow more

  What a great team we made!!! Linda was prompt and kept in touch (covid shut downs made our project a unique situation). The crew arrived promptly ( even on a rainy day) and were super polite. They were swift and careful around the multiple utilities we had marked running through our area. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in getting our hugelkulture area prepped. The crew even divided our tree fall into organized piles for reintroduction back into the the planting beds, which made faze 2 go much quicker. No complaints here!   We were very pleased with the experience. It took all of four days to complete the work (had to hold off because of rain so actually ended up taking a week). ALL of the wood and debris was taken away and disposed of. They were especially careful not to drop any limbs on our roof. The whole procedure was very professional. Linda was very concerned that we were satisfied with all her work. The 10 trees were trimmed pretty severely, but Linda assured us they needed to have plenty of air flow through the center for the trees' health and safety during high winds. We initially were going to obtain other bids for the work, but after talking with Linda felt she was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with we instinctively just chose her to do the work. Maybe could have had it done for less money elsewhere, but were so satisfied with the end result, it was a moot point. We highly recommend Pro Tree for any and all tree work and would use them againshow more

  We have 3 tall trees and one of them split down the center and was in danger of landing on cable and utility boxes. There are a lot of trees in our area like this due to a major storm and I couldn't get anyone to even return my calls for info an prices. Except Linda Johns. She called me right back and came out within days of our phone call. She saw our situation and made an appointment to come out quickly. Her crew arrived with her and they were all personal and professional. They did more than they needed to bc we had so many questions about all of our trees. They thinned out the middle of the trees beautifully and moved mulch for us that was laid incorrectly. They worked hard and were prompt and polite. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again next spring. Great value and reasonable price for all the extra work they did. We were very happy with Linda Johns and her crew!   Linda Johns crew was punctual and ready for work. My wife took them around the yard to look at the work that would be needed. Linda Johns crew was very hard working and did the job as specified.
