We hired this company to complete our concrete driveway and garage. He started the process by breaking up the concrete and that is all. Made excuse after excuse stating he would finish the job just waiting on equipment. He was confronted because he stated he pulled permits, which he didn't. After he was confronted with this information all communication stopped. He has taken half of the down payment and no other response. He is a liar and not trustworthy at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING OUT OF THIS GUYS MOUTH! He will definitely take your money!

Brickwork 1. Grind all necessary areas were needed. 2. Add bonding adhesive to all areas to be tuck pointed 3. Tuck point all areas needed with latex mortar material 4. Seal all areas to prevent further water damage 8 Year Warranty on all labor & materials All materials included in price He showed up at 11am and said he was done at 1:23pm two hours ...when he told me it take about 6 hours

Was in a desperate need of a contractor due to the fact that the bricks on my building were all falling apart and allowing water and and dirt to get into my building. I found Geno at Complete and he came out and gave me an estimate on the work needed to be done, he understood that I was in a desperate situation and needed it done asap. He gave me a good price and also explained in detail what was needed to be done. Once I agreed to the invoice him and his guys were out the next day they completed the work within 6 hours which was great for me and left no mess what so ever everything looked great but more importantly the water and dirt was gone and had no way of coming back in. Great company would definitely recommend

I would not recommend Complete Roofing & Masonry LLC for any project. We posted a job for painting the interior of a small house. Geno the owner and contractor told us that he had 16 years of experience. He agreed to all our requests and gave us a good price. He didn t start right away like he said he would and he hired cheap labor who obviously had never done any paint work before. The painter was sloppy and got paint on the carpet, tile, kitchen counters and floors, doors and there was not any patching or sanding done that Geno agreed to do. We had to hire a second contractor to come in and repaint all the surfaces and fix the damaged tile as there was paint in the grouting of the tile. My husband, son and I worked several hours cleaning up the carpet and doors. We still haven t gotten all the paint off of the doors which are stained wood. When we sent Geno the photos of all the damage, he did agree to give us a partial refund. We have not seen any of that refund and it has been a month since the job was completed.

I had a leak in my basement coming through the foundation and I had no idea where it was coming from so I went searching for a contractor and I stumbled upon complete roofing and Masonary Geno came out diagnosed where the water was coming from and exactly what was wrong he wrote it out to me in a detailed estimate and when I agreed they came out the same week and took care of the problem. Very clean very neat. Would definitely recommend this company. This was over a year ago and I never had any problems since. THANKS GUYS!!
