"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Paul gave us an estimate shortly after we requested one.  We had recently had asbestos vinyl tile and mastic removed from our basement, and in the process had to remove a built-in bench which left the lower
part of an otherwise paneled wall exposed.  Another wall had paneling that was mismatched from top to bottom.
Also we have a staircase with vinyl asbestos tile that we wanted to cover.   We wanted to install ceramic tile on the basement floor, but were unsure what to do to fix the walls and stairs.
Paul told us "everything is possible" when we asked him what we could do to repair the wall and cover the stairs.  Paul suggested that he would install oak treads and risers on our staircase up to the kitchen.   This was a unique and welcome
suggestion as we had heard many others but did not feel satisfied with any of them.  He told us he could fix the walls and do the tiling as well.   His estimate was timely and detailed.  We liked the price so we went with his team. 
They were punctual, professional, and made our basement walls and staircase beautiful!  He repaired both walls so that they both look better than they ever had.  The wall where the bench was removed ran short of panels, so Paul and his team took a small,under-the-staircase door made of the same material to finish the wall.  They replaced the door so that it works better than the old one and looks good.  The tile has brightened up the whole room and the baseboards and moulding have finished the look so we feel we have a new living space.  The staircase is beautiful!  We love our basement now!  Paul and his team went above our expectations, and we would hire them again for sure.

"There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed. 
The cost was very reasonable. The work was done perfectly. I would use Thor Build again on any project. I will also recommend the company to anyone needing to have work done.

He gave me more storage space by building the shed taller and installing more shelves. After building the new shed, they did a fantastic job in remodeling my garage. The garage was completely insulated, drywalled, a new ceiling remodeled, windows reframed and the garage was completely painted. At the end of each the day, everything was cleaned up and when the projects were completed, all debris was removed. Courtney is courteous, professional and dependable. "Shawn and his team made the whole process so easy! They got the most out of my insurance claim and I didn't have to fight with my insurance co. they handled it all. In addition their construction work was beautiful! Have received many compliments from neighbors about quality of work. They were incredible . I left for work in morning and by the time I got home I had a new roof. Not a scrap showing anyone had been there. Same with siding and gutters. Also important to me,if I had questions somebody was always on other side of the phone!"

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."
