We told him what we were willing to spend at most and he made sure we got everything we wanted for that price. I think people who are new to construction work might see these guys as a hassle but in all honesty.. the men they had working for us were some of the hardest working and fastest working men I’ve ever met. Everything was done in a week and a half.. and it is STUNNING! My only complaint is that we were supposed to get it started 8 weeks after signing and it didn’t start til about 12 weeks.. like I said though.. it’s a very busy time of the year. COVID-19 has everyone at home with their honey-do list and EVERYWHERE is booked. I would absolutely recommend Cronkhite.. always negotiate on price.. and make sure to check the work being done. Don’t watch them do something wrong and complain about it after.. If you have questions then ask them!"

While you can simply bag up and throw away many kinds of insulation, some municipalities offer recycling, so it's worth checking with yours. If there are contaminants such as asbestos in your insulation, abatement and specialized disposal are often necessary.

R-value stands for resistance value and is a number assigned to insulation that states how good the insulation is at heat transference (insulation). The R-value of injection foam is around 4 which homeowners will be happy to know is actually quite good. Another benefit of injection foam versus fiberglass foam is that the colder it gets, the more injection foam retains its resistance properties, whereas fiberglass tends to lose its efficiency in colder temperatures.

Sometimes you may be able to leave the bags with your regular trash. However, that’s not always the case.
