Jason has done multiple jobs for us over the years.  He is the kind of person you can trust, and very helpful.  He did a beautiful job on installing out kitchen in an older home where the walls and floors are uneven, he made it look perfect.  I would highly recommend having JME construction help you with any remodeling needs you might have.  Very grateful for all he has helped us with!

Our deck needed resurfacing. The structure was sound, but the decking was old and warped with nails coming out. I originally contacted the contractor who recently refinished our basement. He promised to send a bid, but between other jobs and family illness, he kept delaying. We didn't hear from him for weeks. We finally gave up and found Jason on Angie's List. He responded immediately to my inquiry. He came out to see the deck, took measurements, and answered all our questions about wood versus composite. He had a bid to us within a week. We chose cedar decking. We signed the contract and he was able to start immediately. After removing the old decking, Jason spread pea gravel on the ground and sloped it away from the house to keep rain away from the house. He also saw that the structure needed more joists. That added $200 to the job, but we were happy to have the structure reinforced. The completion was delayed by rain, but the finished product is beautiful and we couldn't be more thrilled. Jason was prompt, continually stayed in contact, explained everything thoroughly, and finished on time and on budget. We will certainly contact him for our next project.

He built a deck on the back of our house that incorporated our existing porch and a pergola with a polycarbonate roof that tied onto our garage to act as covered parking. He did a great job following my design and pulling the permits for us. The quality of the work was amazing and even said so by the other contractors who were doing work on our house. It was only Jason and his partner doing the work. For this reason, the job took a little longer, but it was worth the wait!

Jason did a great job. He answered my questions, explained options, made adjustments based on my needs, and was always very pleasant to work with. He has since customized a closet for me, and replaced my neighbor's deck.

Jason was very attentive to detail, involved me in all steps of the process, educated me on options, communicated timeline well.
