Three different sub-contractors were used.  There was some wait time between services, but all-in-all not bad.  I had to follow-up to get warranty documentation.  The finished project looks very nice.

Old shingles were tore off and new shingles were installed. Had a dumpster delivered on site. Jobsite was cleaned up daily. The installers were very meticulous and professional. Job well done!

Peoria Siding sent their installer Jason Ashby to my house to install a roof.  Mr. Ashby was a professional with the installation and clean up.  Mr. Ashby and his crew were there everyday until the project was finished.  The clean up was so good you could not tell I had a roof installed.  When the job was finished I met Jason Ashby and we walked around the home to make sure I was happy.  I have not had any problems with my new roof.

Peoria Siding & Window installed siding & Green Energy Insulation on my house in July. The installer Tunyuck came to my home at 8:00am to start my project. Went over the contract with me the first day to make sure of everything he was suppose to do. If I had a question all I had to do was find him and he would answer my question. They finished my house in 3 days and it looks amazing. I will use Peoria Siding with any projects I need.

I had awnings installed two different occasions.
They were both done beautifully. One was over a small window is is a half circle, dark green awning.
The second job was a difficult one installed above a small wrought iron balcony.
Both of these jobs were exactly what I wanted and are still in beautiful shape.
I do not have a house which takes any siding, but IF I ever do need siding or windows, I would 
call them and make sure they did the job.   
They are an excellent resource for our Community.

I had my cabinets refaced by Wood Front Kitchens, an affiliate of Peoria Siding & Windows under the Prairie Home Alliance. I was extremely happy with the end result and everyone who has visited has said how surprised they are that I had my cabinets refaced because they look like brand new cabinets.  The quality of the cabinets fronts are superb and the workmanship was excellent.  In addition to refacing the existing cabinets, they added a nice looking book shelf at the end of the island, installed 3 roll out drawers and added other nice finishing touches that I wasn't expecting.  The installers were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left the job.  If you are thinking about refacing your cabinets, I would highly recommend Wood Front Kitchens.  I have no regrets!

Excellent service and very professional.  They also took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and provided me with good information about the operation of the door.  They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was all done, too.  Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them to others.  

From the initial sales call to the installation, everything was done very professionally.  Installer was very neat and tidy in the process.  I had originally had gutter helmet installed to the back of the house , and then a year later added gutter helmet to the front of the house.  I wish I had done this 20 years ago!!  Would more than have paid for itself with having to have gutters cleaned twice a year.  I would definitely call Peoria Siding for other projects!

They were very professional from beginning to end...cleaned up every night. They were efficient and worked as quickly as they product came in. We had one small issue with the french door not sealing after our new floor was put in...(not their fault) and they came and fixed it right away. Would recommend them to anyone.

The process was very easy.  They came out to measure the product.  Called when windows were ready to install.

2 window installers came put about 8 windows in were done by late afternoon.  Cleaned up as they went along.

The final product and work looked great. House much warmer and quiet.

The installer that did the roof did an excellent job.  His first name was Jason and he was polite and cleaned the mess up every night.  The siding, soffit, fascia & gutters were installed about 3 weeks after the roof.  The only issue we had was that the siding was put on vertically rather than horizontally.  I called the production manager after I got home and the next day they were back our switching the siding.  It was only about 2 squares of siding so they were quick.  We have sold our house since then and I'm sure it helped with getting more for our home. 

On time, good work, good warranty, no problems since installation.

The work crew was professional, fast, and friendly. Their work surpassed all of my expectations. I thought the price was fair compared to other quotes I received. The representative offered suggestions that ultimately improved the end product.

Salesmen was prompt and professional. I received an estimate in the time frame he explained. Once the estimate was excepted the scheduling process could not have been easier.  Install crew was on time and very concerned with our property. No issues with the process.

I bought a storm door from Peoria Siding. I also had them construct a pergola over my deck. They did an awesome job. Everything was done on time and the installers were very good. They were very prompt too, which I can't say about many home improvement/construction companies. Highly recommended.

The roof over the front porch had, still has Yankee gutters. They are built into the roof, so apparently the roof would have to be removed to install new downspouts. The porch doesn't need  new roof, so they would make newww down spouts work. Well that isn't the case, the old aluminum downspouts should have been saved. Apparently this info wasn't passed along to the siding crew. The gutter people were subcontracted by Peoria Window and Siding. The were getting ready to finish up the job, so I asked when they were putting up the 2 down spouts on the porch. That wasn't ontheir work order. So Icalled Steve the owner of the siding company, he was rude, didn't care about the problem. The gutter people came back when I was gone, put the down spouts on the roof. Sloppy job, they had to improvise, so I don't fault them.
My problem was with the owner of the company. When a customer is paying for a job, I believe they should be treated with courtesy.
So I would never recommend this company to anyone.
