"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help. I feel like he was so fair in his pricing and that he wasn't pushy to sell me things I didn't need. The other carpet companies I called would only do the job if I bought new carpet (which I didn't need) or had a high minimum job payment. "I've used Exposition Carpeting for more than 20 years now.  They have an excellent selection and are extremely helpful, and their prices are reasonable.  When our basement flooded last year, we had wanted to get the same carpeting that had been ruined in the flood, but it was discontinued.  They were SO helpful in poring over books and helping us find something very similar.  There was a miscommunication among their staff which caused our order to be somewhat delayed, but that was the first time I'd had anything less than a stellar experience with them.
