This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. He and his co-worker arrived on time and worked very steadily. I requested 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, 1 large lower level tile floor scrubbing, and stairs sanding/staining.
