25 Great. They were here on time if not a few early. Very friendly, very professional and quickly fixed the problem. Will still have to ask for a replacement part from Hunter fans, but they got me up and running. Would definitely hire them again - they came and did what I asked and explained...
07/10/2020 Highly recommended, honest, does job right. Replaced water heater, hauled old one away, tracked down where short was. Advised what needed to be done to fix electrical problem offered to recommend electrician to do the job. Prior to that installed AC in our home about 5 years past....

They had the laptop for about 2 days and fixed the laptop problem. They had my desktop for about a week, but there was a problem finding the right fan..Not their fault, just an unusual part. They do a great job and we have even signed up for their preventative service which is a great service!

"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

They had been badly done prior to my purchase of the house and were failing, to the point of falling off. They purchased the necessary hardware, came back the next day and did the installation. They were on time and worked until the job was finished. Their work quality and concern to get the work done correctly was top drawer. And they were honest, telling me the quote for materials was high, and revising their bill lower. Overall I was very happy and will use them again."
