Founded in 2002 from a small office in Naperville, IL, Mr. Duct was born with a singular mission in mind: to improve the indoor air quality for the Greater Chicagoland community. Committed to doing so with both integrity and quality, owner Keith Thompson quickly hired his first three employees and gained NADCA certification—the industry’s most thorough set of standards for HVAC inspection, cleaning and restoration services. After answering the call to improve thousands of homes and businesses’ indoor air quality, Mr. Duct experienced explosive growth: first relocating to a larger office in Lisle, IL and then establishing seven additional offices to ensure outstanding service for both Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. "The work was completed around the house and everything went well with the visit. Later that day, I started laundry the dryer was making a terrible noise. I followed directions to receive support from Lowe?s after giving them a call. They sent the person back to my house (without following up to let me know they were coming). He tried to fix the problem but could not. He put me on the phone with his supervisor who assured me that they would cover the cost of any repairs and that they would even suggest someone to hire. After that they have stopped responding to me, it has been a week I will need to find and cover the cost of repairs. "

"Unprofessional. Mardell (at N-Route) moved the washer/dryer out of place in a haphazard way and broke the vintage tile without informing us that he was moving it. He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."
