The rates they advertise are not representative of the actual charges. When I called to inquire about their $7.00 charge per room I asked if they moved furniture. They stated they did, just not heavy pieces such as china cabinets. He spent 10 minutes in a 24 x 14 ft room, cleaning only about half the carpet. They quoted me a very reasonable price for a large oriental carpet. I also had many small pieces and they said they would just throw them in. They ended up charging me way more than they advertise or advised me on the phone. They were irresponsible and did not come back with the rugs when they said they would. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

Technician was Frankie. He was helpful, knowledgeable and did a thorough job of checking clean ability of all rooms. Tried several areas more than one time to make certain of what would and wouldn't work. The two finished rooms look beautiful. I will definitely call this company again - and request the same technician.

Run, don't walk from this company. I received a telephone call from my little sis in St. Louis. She saw the coupon for a $60.00 air duct cleaning and hired them to do work. She had no idea what she had just set herself up for. What started as a $60.00 duct cleaning on a 1,000 square foot house, escalated into over $700. They told her that the blower motor was dirty and that she had more work than the coupon covered. She quickly called me. Fortunately, I have quite a bit of experience with air duct cleaning, knowing about the NADCA, reverse pressure, etc. Secondly, I had JUST paid our regular HVAC company to clean the furnace/blower motor in April. Wow. When I questioned the price, they quickly dropped it 25%. When I questioned the condition of the blower motor, the ''salesman'' backed off of the $140 cleaning cost (fyi..hvac company charges $75 for full service). Basically, they are a carpet cleaning company that does air duct cleaning.

A truly miserable experience. The team that was scheduled had vehicle trouble, but no one bothered to call and tell me they were running late. When they were more than 45 mins overdue, I called them and found their response rather unprofessional. Their 'replacement' team included one nice responsible guy and one hideous beast. The beast proceeded to lay on the hard sell, citing all sorts of spurious claims about duct cleaning that I knew were bogus because I'd read the EPA's literature ahead of time. The decent guy proceeded to do almost all the work while the beast continued to pressure me and make me feel very uncomfortable - in my own home! I had to stand firm that I only wanted the service I had requested and no additions. I was afraid to anger him because he seemed like a dangerous person. Completely unacceptable. I could not wait for them to finish and get out of my house. Later I expressed my concerns to management. They sent an 'inspector' out - a complete waste of time.

EXPERIENCE: VERY POOR. OPERATION: BAIT & SWITCH. UNPROFESSIONAL, GOLD-TOOTHED CHAP ARRIVED ON TIME. DID SOME TEST SPOTS. SOUNDED SUSPICIOUS WHEN HE CLAIMED THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS MUST HAVE HAD PETS - HE FOUND URINE STAINS. WE KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THERE WAS NO POSSIBILITY OF URINE STAINS. HE INSISTED AND OFFERED ALL THE OPTIONS: TEFLON COATING, DEEP CLEAN, BLA DE BLA. OUR $50 EXPECTATION WAS GOING TO BE > $650! RIDICULOUS. HE STARTED HIS SALES PITCH & BEGAN REDUCING THE PRICE AS WE KEPT REFUSING. FINALLY, WE FIGURED THE BASIC SERVICE ITSELF WASN'T AS ADVERTISED, IT WAS MORE LIKE $200. IN FRUSTRATION, WE TOLD HIM $100 FOR THE BASIC STEAM CLEAN OR HE CAN LEAVE. HE PRETENDED TO CALL HIS MANAGER - SAME SLEAZY OPERATION AS WE'VE ALL SEEN AT THE CAR DEALERSHIPS. HIS MANAGER APPROVED THE PRICE BECAUSE, HE SAID, "WE SEEMED LIKE NICE PEOPLE." UH..YEA, RIGHT. TO HIS CREDIT, THE STEAM CLEAN WAS DONE WELL THROUGH THE HOUSE. THE FRUSTRATION OF HAVING TO BARGAIN WASN'T WORTH IT.
