They are outstanding. They are honest, straightforward, responsive and reliable. They are in the community for years and years, and if I have a problem, I call them and they come.

Estimator, Jeff Johnson, came out to look at house and 23yr. old furnace/AC on July 3rd. He asked pertinent questions as to what temps we kept the house at during heating and cooling periods and what we desired in terms of efficiency for gas and electricity usage and possible savings on utilities.  Jeff gave us a quote for a new system that fit our house and our answers to his questions.  We decided to order the new system that evening but, due to the 4th of July holiday couldn’t do so until the next week
Called Bishop on the 8th with the order and they had an install crew at our house at about 8:30 AM on the 10th.  Crew consisted of 3 people – Dan, Ty and Mark.  They were neat and clean. Used drop cloths for work (house has no basement, so furnace is located in the living area)  Install was completed at about 3:30 in the afternoon.  All debris -- old furnace¸ etc. was cleanly hauled away. 
Because it’s July, haven’t had the opportunity to test the new furnace, but the new AC unit works very well.

Annual maintenance was done on the boiler, and an estimate was received on both a new air conditioning system and a new boiler for future consideration.  These services, performed by Jeff Johnson & Bob, were done with a great amount of professionalism and friendliness.

I have had great experience with Bishop.  They are always willing to help and do top quality work.  Highly recommend them.

They are very reliable and have used them for many of years.  They have competitive prices.

No surprises. It is not Bishop's fault that we view HVAC companies / people with skepticism. There are good HVAC people and companies out there, but we've had a few disappointing experiences with OTHER firms. That's because most people have no idea how their furnace works and can't tell a good from bad job or when they are being charged for unecessary work. In any case, we continue to use Bishop until there is a good reason not too. My only complaint is tha the Aprilaire 700 humidifier we had installed a few years ago never seems to provide enough humidity and we've had problems with its operation. During this last visit, Bishop said its operating correctly.

They installed the new furnace and return air duct system in an efficient manner and secured another party for us to help us abandon our old air duct system properly. They coordinated with the other company well to make sure everything went as planned. Their installation was done by highly skilled professionals in a careful professional manner. They communicated to us any changes in finishing the job. Extreme heat made finishing the attic part of the job very difficult and they worked effectively around that and kept us informed at all times. They cleaned up their messes satisfactorily.

The service technicians (Dan, Dave, and Bob) were on time, thorough, and meticulous. The installation took longer than I had anticipated, however, they stayed late to complete the job in one day. Even after being at my house for 11+ hours, they took the time to show me how everything works and answered any questions. I would definitely use Bishop Heating again, and highly recommend their services!
