I would highly recommend the team at Duct Masters. Roger was clear in explaining their process and costs prior to hiring them. Chad and Jeremiah were meticulous in their work and took time to answer any question I had while they performed the cleaning. I liked the fact that they only do duct cleaning and don't try and expand their services beyond that.

Highly recommend Duct Masters! Our house was built in 1978 and when Roger and Chad came to clean our ducts they told us they had NEVER been cleaned before in the lifetime of our house. Yikes! Clearly, we needed this project done. Roger and Chad were very thorough, friendly, kind, and responsive. They talked me through air flow throughout our house and what they were going to be doing to clean the ducts. They re-worked the laundry dryer vent because it was initially installed in an inefficient way (something they didn't have to do, but I appreciated). They took the time to really do the job thoroughly; these guys are a son/father team and you can tell they really specialize in what they do and are very knowledgeable. This project was done for the health of my older son when we realized we needed to really working on some environmental conditions in our house due to health needs for him. When I told Roger about that, he was great in working with me to get the duct cleaning scheduled in a timely manner, which was really important to me. I loved working with this company!

The guys were very friendly and personable. But this review will be based fairly on the work done and my view. They are really good at cleaning the vents. The previous owners had a dog and probably never cleaned the vents. They got some stuff out that I could not believe was in there. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vents and installing a new hose. I am thankful for that. Here is where an A rating changed to a B minus. They removed the old humidifier cartridge and I don't know how to put that back wherever they removed it from. It needed to be replaced since the previous owner neglected it. The ladder scratched off my paint in two places, and while $100 off was granted, it does not cover the labor amd paint to fix those scratches on the 2 walls. My review and another review both had minor damages with $100 credit, so they need to be a bit more careful when carrying their tools. They removed a wooden fixture and my entire blinds off the basement window to get the hose inside which did not have to happen. That cost me having to go to the hardware store to get some small nails to fix the side panel in that room, nothing major. They need to be careful is the theme. Other than that, I was pleased with the outcome, and their friendliness. I would use them again, but next time I am carrying your tools for you bud!

Roger & Chad went above and beyond to help us. They did a great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent, and helped balance the vents so the air flow throughout the house was drastically improved. Overall, we give them an A+, as they were amazing to work with -- friendly, trustworthy, clean, safe.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List I decided to call Duct Masters for a quote and ended up hiring them for the job. Not only were they reasonably priced but they did an excellent job! I am very happy with the outcome and overall experience they provided. Fair prices for good work. Please support this family owned business. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent!! This father and son team are thorough, honest, and performed outstanding work. Having recently relocated, we were so grateful to have these nice guys clean out ductwork and provide very fair pricing and take their time to complete the job.

Duct Masters, Inc. are a reputable "Father and Son" owned and operated team that offers a professional, pleasant and PROPER cleaning of all air vents; the correct process takes five to six hours depending on the size of a home, but it is well worth it - in time and money. As their business card states "Breathing is NOT and Option...Breathing Clean Air Is!! The dryer vent cleaning of which our unit demands proof of, was included for free. We would highly recommend.

Duct Masters came highly recommended by a friend who has very high standards and expectations, and after reading through their reviews on Angie's List, it was confirmed that this was the company to hire for the job we needed done. When I called to schedule the appointment, I spoke with Roger the owner, who provided thorough information on what exactly the process would entail. On the day of service, Roger, Chad, and another gentleman (unable to recall his name) came out to us and spent approximately five hours in our home. They immediately removed their shoes, which we appreciated. They set up everything in preparation for the actual air duct cleaning. It's important to note that the equipment they use is state-of-the-art, and the inside of their truck contains a variety of tools and materials ready to be used for any home (i.e., ranch, bi-level, etc.), and for any size window they might encounter (for the purpose of the hose that connects the furnace to the machine that takes in all the dust). They are very organized and prepared! Upon completion of the job, they took the time to show us what they did, how they did it, and asked us if we had any questions. They also showed us all that was extracted from the ducts, which was both shocking and sickening! We are so happy to have cleaned our air ducts because we otherwise would have been breathing in all that dust. Another positive about Duct Masters is that they only schedule one house per day, so they devote as much time that is necessary to you without rushing. We would highly recommend Duct Masters to anyone who wants to deal with professionals, wants a clean home, and wants the job done right! Duct Masters exceeded our expectations, and we plan on telling all our family and friends about them.

These guys were wonderful. Their schedule was booked through August, but when I told them what was up with my dryer vent (the most immediate problem) they tacked me on to the end of a busy day in a nearby suburb. As it turns out, the vent wasn't failing to work because it was stuffed with lint, but because the tubing had come apart in the ceiling. I didn't even know this was the case until it was all fixed - they just did it, even though it was above and beyond what they had been expecting. Then they took a look at the ducts and pointed out that previous work to my HVAC system had closed off the access they would need to do a proper cleaning. No pretending otherwise. They offered to help me locate someone with different equipment, and discussed the pros and cons of the alternate cleaning system with me. They were prompt, professional, very personable, thorough - just about every positive adjective in the book. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again!

Very well! The guys took their time, seemed to be very thorough, and didn't leave a mess behind. While there, one of the owners noticed that my air conditioner needed the cottonwood cleaned off and he used air pressure to take care of it. They did leave a couple of vent covers off and a few screws on the floor, but that would not deter me from hiring them again.

Professional, pleasant service. Owner comes and makes sure all is taken care of. Honest price. Will definitely hire again. I forgot to mention to the owner, but magnet for the fridge with phone number would be good, so it's easier to find when needed.
