"Gibran and his crew were the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They arrived 15 minutes before scheduled each day (3 in total) and worked hard with very few breaks. They were neat and tidied up the site as they went and at the end of each day. I had a few things that had to be brought from the street to the house and the garage and they voluntarily helped me carry them through the war zone that was the demo area of the driveway. They all clearly care about the work they are doing and take pride in doing it. Communication skills are very high. I did have other contractors bid on the work and although their pricing was competitive, only Gibran (5 Star's owner) suggested adding drains to our catch basin to reduce the potential of standing water near our foundation. The existing driveway was approximately 100 years old. The neighbor's lot line is the edge of our driveway, so Gilbran suggested we do his walkway as well, since it would not look good o have the new and century old concrete side by side. The crew took great care to make sure that these two old homes were not damaged during the entire process. Gilbran is a good family man. We shared photos of our daughters and talked about his ambitions. He is the kind of person you know who takes his job and community seriously. He is a good salesman and delivers what he promises."

He also worked through several suggestions of different materials to solve an issue with an entrance to a new back porch. 3D’s attention to grading and drainage works perfectly, making the patio immediately useable after a heavy rain. "We worked with JD from Green City Gardens to design and plant new landscaping in the front of our house. This included removing the existing shrubs, adding organic materials and planting the new flowers and bushes. In addition, JD, Doug, Carl and John removed two existing trees which had died and replaced them with new trees. The project was projected to be completed in about 2.5 days and the team achieved the target. The entire crew was excellent to work with--each provided their input and recommendations regarding plant placement.
