Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Jami was excellent when explaining the services and pricing, Dillon and team worked very hard to clean our entire system. After the requested cleaning, they showed before and after pictures of each vent/main. Dillon discovered mold in the furnace and in basement vents. The team stayed later than expected to add sanitation and furnace cleaning. All at an extremely reasonable price. We notice a big difference in our air quality in our house! We all feel better and deal with a lot less dusting when cleaning the house."
