"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. He was here within 45 minutes after contacting. He was pleasant, professional and knows his trade. After diagnosing the problem he said it was the intake motor, he examined it finding a blockage which he removed then cleaned. He even went the extra mile checking to see if the motor was still under warranty In case it was compromised and checked back with me the next day. He didn’t charge me an emergency call only the service fee which was very reasonable.
