North Pines Climate Control

They come and check my furnace annually. I think they're very customer service oriented and they want to make sure that you're happy, you know they want to take care of your problems.

I had several HVAC companies come out and give me a price to replace my whole system. Which was going to be a very large purchase.  When North Pines came out they looked everything over and asked if we were against getting it repaired instead of a whole new unit.  Well of course not!!  I wasn't aware it could be repaired none of the other companies even entertained repairing it.  We had them repair it that afternoon and we had AC back up and running. (Of course it was the hottest day of the year)  They even had to go get a part and were back in no time. They still explained the whole process and pricing of a new system to give me all my options.  I was also impressed with all the back up on al lthe rebates they offered.  None of the other companies gave me anything but a rebate number and they were all less of a rebate than North Pines .Impressive.  They actually passed ALL the savings on to us and didn't keep some back for themselves.  Very good people to deal with, very honest and reliable.  I called them to come back and fix an air vent that was never vented off correctly and that was very minor parts, labor and trip charge $35.  I HIGHLY recommend this company without question. They are there to help not to take advantage of you in your time of need.
