Jim @ Kobel's was simply outstanding - extremely knowledgeable on all aspects. We started with the furnace cleaning and tune-up, and he installed an April Aire humidifier. After 3 weeks, the level of humidity was low, not able to get beyond 30%, however Jim returned and switched out the water feed line from cold to hot, and that resolved all the problems, we had the worst winter in decades, had 28 degree below zero air temperates with -50 degree windchills this winter, and our humidity coasted along at about 40% without setting to the maximum. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism by Jim, his years of expertise, his ability to diagnose the situation and come up with the remedy correctly. And a very fair price for outstanding service. We highly recommend them.
