"We have been using Patrick's services since 2016 in our properties as well a relative's property. He has fixed things like unclogging a drain to major sewer repairs. Patrick is always available when we call and his prices are reasonable. "My utility closet was a convoluted mess before the HVAC replacement and by the time these guys were done - it looks like SpaceX came in and cleaned things up. They even did some 'extras' for me included; install W/D replacement vent tubbing, drained the water heater, re-directing a variety of piping - the completed job is, to be it plainly, beautiful"
