"Anthony arrived on time and was totally professional. He quoted the price upfront and listened while I explained the issue and everything I knew about my house's plumbing. He explained everything he would do and discussed other options in case rodding the pipe didn't fix the drain. He performed the work cleanly and finished the entire job in less than an hour. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and would recommend Best Price Sewer and Plumbing to anyone. If I have any other plumbing issues they'll be the first ones I call."

"Great service! They were able to come next day and communicated clearly about the schedule to keep me up to date on when to expect them. They workers (Cam & Andre) called to let me know they were about to arrive, wore shoe covers, quickly assessed the problem, fixed the problem (rodding our drain), and were on their way. They were friendly and professional."

"We have been using Patrick's services since 2016 in our properties as well a relative's property. He has fixed things like unclogging a drain to major sewer repairs. Patrick is always available when we call and his prices are reasonable. He is very reliable and trustworthy, has the best prices compare to other plumbers and has diagnosed problems other plumbers have missed. I cannot say enough about this company. Definitely recommend and will continue using as well."

"My utility closet was a convoluted mess before the HVAC replacement and by the time these guys were done - it looks like SpaceX came in and cleaned things up. They even did some 'extras' for me included; install W/D replacement vent tubbing, drained the water heater, re-directing a variety of piping - the completed job is, to be it plainly, beautiful"

"This company was recommended by a plumber friend of ours who was out of town when our problem (all the toilets backing up to the top of the bowl and a little coming up the shower drains) occurred. When I called, I was actually able to speak with him, was very easy to talk to, gave us the same diagnosis as what our friend had said (either a clogged or broken sewer drain pipe) and a specific range of what the cost would be. Set up the appointment and he was there promptly when he said he would be, evaluated the situation, gave us the price and basically worked the whole day on the repair (had to dig approx. 5 ft. down in front of our foundation to get to the pipe). I felt he was professional, courteous and efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction.

"The plumbing on the lower level of my place went haywire a couple of weeks ago and there was a smelly overflow of water coming out of the drain where my furnace and hot water heater drained condensation. I called Charlie in a bit of a panic and left a message. I waited a couple of hours and called back, and he picked up to let me know he was working on another job and would call me back. Charlie called back around 9:30pm and told me that the issue is most likely related to my sump pump. I told Charlie I had to leave for work at a certain time the next day so he said he could come over in the morning. In the meanwhile, he told me not to run any water on the lower level.
When Charlie came over, he checked the electrical connection first, which was fine, and eventually found out that the sump pump had died. So right away, he ran out to grab a new one and came back quickly to begin replacing the pump. When he tested the new sump pump, it still didn't work, and he ended up finding a clog in the pipes. He fixed that issue right away. Charlie finished right by the time I had to leave for work.
Throughout the process, he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some tips along the way, which was much appreciated by this first time home buyer. It was nice to experience someone so thorough and nice... Plus, Charlie gave me a good price on the services. It's nice to know he's close by, too. I'd give him a call again if I ran into any other plumbing issues.

"Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment."

"Austin and his crew were great. The Real Seal staff is professional, courteous and on time. They gave accurate estimates, time frames and provided real solutions. Replacing the sump pit created a mess as they basically had to dig a new pit. The crew did a great job cleaning up. By the time the crew was gone you would have never known they were there. We have used The Real Seal in the past when we needed an additional sump pit and an interior drain tile in the opposite side of the house. We had had minor water seepage issues for many years and was unable to determine the cause. Austin took the time to work the issues, determined the cause and came up with a great solution. We have had no issues and many heavy rains in the past couple of years since the work was completed. Without the work done by The Real Seal we would have definitely had water issues. We have used The Real Seal in the past, and if we have issues that they work on, we would definitely use them in the future."
