"All of the floor joists in my family room were rotted and/or collapsing due to prolonged water damage. Atlas staff, including the salesman Jim and engineer reviewed the situation and recommended a waterproof membrane and pitching the sidewalk on one side of the building away from the building. When water tested this only provided a partial fix of the problem. We eventually decided on drain tile and adding a concrete sidewall around the entire perimeter. This appears to have been the addition step needed. Only time will tell. There is a 10 warranty against water seepage. Robert and his team were great to work with. They were timely and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project took a little longer than expected due to having to add the drain tile and additional walk way."

He even came back a second time after we got more water in another spot to see what could be causing it and what a cost-effective solution might be. On top of that, the price was right! We never ever felt pressured into committing to the work, and they seemed confident in their skills to get the job done. Our partial interior drain tile job was finished in two days. "I was really impressed with how professional everyone was, from the first phone call through completion of the work. They initially came out because we had water coming up through the basement floor drain when we ran the washer. The determination was that the water from the washer could not flow properly out to the main line, probably due to tree root buildup. Not a surprise - we've lived her 10+ yrs and never had the line cleaned, and have no idea if previous owners did. While no one wants to spend money on a sewer clean out, it was needed and the price was fair. The work was scheduled for a day that was convenient for us, the crew arrived on time and completed the job by mid-afternoon, including installing the clean-out, rodding in multiple directions, and the village inspection (J&S took care of the permit). They uncovered a huge amount of roots, as expected. They did have to dig up part of the front yard, but filled in the hole and left things as clean as possible. The crew was polite and respectful of our house and yard - true pros. We really appreciate the great job they did for us."
