"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. "Robert was extremely responsive and timely. We needed exterior lighting to all be upgraded/replaced before our new siding and soffits could be installed. We were on a tight timeframe. Robert came to give a quote a day after we spoke on the phone, and a week later the work was done. He did it all in about 6 hours. Robert also gave us a quote on some interior work, drywall/ceiling repair and some other things in our kitchen. We will be contacting him soon to schedule this work.
