From the very first time I contacted them and met with Roberto I knew this was a classy company. The job went as planned and was done professionally. The masons, Dave and his father Joe were very professional and made a perfect opening in my brick and block wall. Fred, the carpenter, framed and installed the door making it look like it was always there. The whole experience was very pleasant due to all the people I dealt with and I would highly recommend Next Door and Window. Thank You all.

The people and customer service were very good. However the salesperson sold us services the company was not comfortable providing. They returned our down payment on a timely basis and we contracted with another company.

The work was well done. The technician did an efficient job and left the area clean.when he was finished. Good job.

The salesman was very personable and friendly. He was a little brief in his presentation of options and I had a hard time visualizing what the finished product would look like. I took his recommendations and even though I changed my mind three times, he was patient and very helpful.
