"If I could rate a 0, I would. The salesman that came to my house made many promises and created a contract with the work that we discussed. After that, a consultant came to take more measurements, and stated that he was concerned with some of the items in the contract, and advised that the new faucets that we had discussed for the shower and tub could not actually be replaced within the quoted amount, and I would need to instead choose options of the same brand as the existing faucets (with were both different brands). A couple weeks later, yet another consultant came for what I was told were more measurements. This time, I was informed that both the salesperson (who they stated was no longer with the company) and the first consultant had provided me incorrect information, and in order to change the faucets, I would need to pay over a thousand more to have the valves changed out, and also that the subway tile for the shower that was in the contract could not be completed as quoted, and I would instead need to replace the entire shower unit for yet thousands more. He advised the only thing they could do at this point was to cancel their contract and refund me in full, since the salesperson also had required payment in full at the consultation. After many texts and unanswered called, I finally got a refund about a week later. This company is awful, and I would not recommend to anyone. I don't understand how it is legal to have a customer sign a contract and pay up front for work that they later attempt to extort more money for and are not able to complete in the first place."

"OH MY GOD! This company is beyond amazing. We were in the market to get our cabinets refaced and let me tell you, this company blew us out of the water on so many levels! For starters, we looked at a couple big box retailers and their prices were extremely high so when we met with the owner Dennis, we were skeptical. Once he gave us the price, I felt like it was too good to be true. His price was 40% cheaper than the big box stores and this was getting everything we wanted from Dennis. A peeling bathtub is not a good thing. It’s a sign that the finish is coming off, and continued exposure to water and cleaning products can continue to damage the finish and eventually the underlying structure of the tub. What starts as a few chips or flakes can worsen into large chunks peeling off.

Surprisingly, cleaning an air bath is almost as easy as relaxing in one. Most air baths have a self-cleaning or drying cycle to remove moisture from the inner tubing. This prevents mold and keeps the tub ready for your next soaking session. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and a soft cloth to wipe the surfaces and periodically clean the air jets as the manufacturer recommends.

Before you begin caulking a shower, you’ll need to use a utility knife or solvent to remove the old caulk and inspect the area for mold. If needed, take appropriate steps to get rid of the mold, then wipe everything down with dish soap and warm water before letting it dry completely. Finally, surround the caulking area with two strips of blue painter’s tape—one above the joint where you’re caulking and another below it.

It takes about 24 hours for the tub resurfacing smell to go away or the total dry time, although you will notice it the most during the first couple of hours. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions or ask your bathtub resurfacing pro how long it takes for the smell to dissipate.
