I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. I had a ton of drywall repairs that needed to be done.
They sent two nice folks out.  They arrived a few minutes early and went straight to work.  They cleaned up after themselves.
The next day the returned, again on time, and sanded the areas they'd fixed out.   They cleaned up after themselves again.
They worked very efficiently and they knew what they were doing.
