"I contacted TTLC last year to get an estimate on my roof and siding because of some storm damage that I had! Jordan came by to do an inspection and to be honest I was a bit apprehensive just because I’ve had multiple companies come by and promise they would get my roof and siding covered by the insurance and none of them came through for me. So after having Jordan do his inspection they contacted my insurance company and they met with them here to have them also take a look. Of course the Insurance gave us a hard time and dragged their feet but TTLC stayed on top of them and finally got them to pay for a new roof, siding, gutters etc. Yas also got involved and made sure I received the quality of product and color my wife and I wanted. He followed up with me on a regular basis and kept me informed about the whole process. In such a competitive space few thing that matters is commitment, communication, and follow through.
