"Hired Hawx to eliminate pantry moths and mice. They have not been effective with either service but came back and offered to address our situation for additional money. Not an ethical company. Their treatments have not been effective after 4 months. Save your money and buy moth traps and mouse traps instead."

"They were great the first year and then consistently went downhill. I ask to come when I was home because of the dogs and every time that was an issue. Then I would pre-pay for 3 -4 services and they either would not come or would do a "fast" spray. The last service for this year I got an email they were coming and then nothing. I know because I have cameras around the house. When I complained they told me they would send some to do the spray (this was a week ago) you know the bugs are really bad in a freeze? Done, will not use anymore and will not recommend."

We offer our residential customers years of knowledge, training, expertise, and a pest-free environment for peace of mind. At Saela Pest Control, we care about protecting you from pests long-term and will always provide a high-quality service at a great value that we back up with our Saela Pest Control warranty. Our products and equipment are of the highest quality to ensure effective treatment. Still, the best part is that the products we use for pest control treatments are not dangerous to you, your family or pets.

"They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I blocked the payment for the second time and called customer service to cancel my account. They informed me I must pay the amount due before canceling even though they didn't do the service. I reluctantly paid and after they charged me the money they mentioned that they will transfer me to someone who can cancel my service. After waiting a couple minutes the person got back on the line saying they can't get in touch of the people who can cancel my service and they can't do it themselves even though they just charged me saying I have to pay before canceling. They said they will call me back in 24-48h where I can cancel then. Clearly this is a tactic to avoid people canceling by making them wait and sending them in a circle till they forget about it. What a scam of a service."
