The folks at Greenlight Construction Group have mastered the art of customer service in an industry plagued by complaints. We had an old shake roof and gutters which needed to be replaced. The president, Joe, was on time for his appointment to discuss solutions and give us a cost estimate. He spent a lot of his time letting us know that this is a large construction job which was really messy and gave us advice on preservation of landscaping. The presentation was very low key and after talking about a number of options, he gave us several cost estimates and said to contact him with any follow up questions. On the way out he gave us some samples of shingles with available colors. No pressure whatsoever! We awarded Greenlight the job and that is when the outstanding service became obvious. At no time during the project were we in the dark about status. Tom, our project coordinator, was routinely on the phone or texting us with details of delivery and crew scheduling. Our home is a ranch, so the roof is larger than most, yet they matched the job size with the necessary crew and were done in 2 days. The guys on the job were about as careful as you can be given it was a demolition zone. The final product is outstanding and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and outstanding service.

Greenlight did an excellent job on the outside of my home. They gave me great ideas and guided me through the entire process. The work was quality and the responsiveness was perfect. Neighbors are already asking for their number to help them upgrade their homes appearance.

From the beginning customer service was second to none. I never felt pressured and my decision of the products I chose was respected without any attempt to up sell. Throughout the project I was well informed of schedule and it was kept. The workers all were polite, well skilled and efficient at their job. Overall I was very pleased with the entire project from start to finish.

These guys were amazing. Came out in horrible weather to cover my roof after a branch fell through it during an ice storm. Could not have asked for more respectful friendly professional assistance with my issue. I would and have recommended them for other projects as well as obtaining a quote for a new project for myself. They are the best!!!

Most efficient company I have ever dealt with! They explained every step before it happened! They even calmed me down in dealing with state farm claims adjuster,who made me feel like a criminal after paying 30 years of payments with NO claims! I have complete confidence in there ENTIRE STAFF!

All work performed was completed professionally, Greenlight was very communicative. We always knew what work was being performed on what day. They told us what crew was coming in to remove the attic debris and what crew would follow up the next day for installation of the attic insulation. Clean up was great. Nothing left behind except a beautiful looking roof and a clean and insulated attic. Greenlight is very easy to work with, very professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

I was extremely pleased with all of the above mentioned areas. From the moment of first contact to the last, these folks were very professional and have great customer service. To me these things are as important as the work itself right down to the cleanup at the end. They did everything that was agreed upon in our contract and for these reasons I would certainly work with them again....I'd refer them in a heartbeat. Thanks GreenLight!!

We had a raccoon that kept getting in the roof. We already had new aluminum fascia installed but the animal just wanted in. We called Green Light and they suggested the new particle board. No More Raccoon and the color changes to the house make it look stunning.

The roof and gutter replacement was completed within about 2 - 3 months of the storm. It wasn't an emergency repair because there was no leaking. The windows and siding were completed just over a year after the storm. GreenLight Construction handled communication with my insurance company. The work was done very professionally. Joe at GreenLight was great to work with and very patient with my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It took approximately four months to get the siding replaced. Calls and emails to the contact person and office were not returned during that period. To remedy: Take a minute monthly to call the customer to let them know a date hasn't been scheduled to start the work. That would go a long way. The rear motion detector light was improperly re-installed causing it to fall off the wall a few months after the project was completed. It was replaced and installed correctly by Joe Drew. A piece of siding came loose but was repaired quickly..

They did not let us know when they were coming to put the roof on. I would not have chosen the day the arrived if I had a choice. Shortly after the roof was installed a room in the house started leaking. This room was repaired with the new roof was installed. This time it leaked in more than one place. They came and repaired once to my knowledge. However, it still leaks. I have called and they have told me it has to be new storm damage and that it is past the one year warranty. The room still leaks and I now have black mold growing in my house. I had 2 contractors look at it and they say it was installed incorrectly, step flashing not installed we think, shingles are pulling back from the house allowing water to leak in and they used caulking that is now decaying and allowing water to enter the house. The roofing material used is incorrect for the pitch of our house. So it allows water to stand and pool adding to the leaking problem. This is an ongoing problem that needs to be repaired.

Greenlight Construction was extraordinarily quick and effective in helping me get a leak in my roof tarped and adjacent chimney flashed before more rain damage could've been caused. Their team quickly located where the problematic areas were and helped provide a stop gap solution. As part of quick roof maintenance check, Greenlight then advised that my roof was showing a lot of storm damage and that my shingles were at end of life. They demonstrated with chalk lines, took pictures of shingles with wind damage, and helped me understand the process around getting a roof replacement. Joe walked me through various shingle brands and what to consider when selecting a new shingle. Overall, Greenlight was extremely helpful, informational, professional, and punctual on all their appointments and work.

He explained the issues and we scheduled another meeting with him and the company owner. Together they presented an estimate for replacing the roof, explaining that the company often worked with our insurance carrier, States Farm and they were a preferred provider. They stated that their opinion was, it was reasonable to expect the company to cover most or all of the cost of replacing our twenty year old roof. I was skeptical, but a representative of the company was present at the time of the inspection by the insurance agent and indeed the estimate was approved in entirety. (They also included replacement of our gutters in the estimate which were also covered by the insurance company). Our cost was the deductible, and an upgrade to a longer lasting roof shingle with a higher rating , which we paid, and which is expected to reduce somewhat our insurance payments.

Great experience! Joe gave us some really great advice for the type of roof we needed. He also had some really clever exterior design ideas for the colors of our roof shingles and gutters. They were able to complete the roof, start to finish in 1 day. Scheduled the gutters a few days later and it was done in a single afternoon. His crew left the driveway and surrounding area around the house free of any debree. No nails left on the ground. Highly recommend!
