He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. "it went very well, technician call 30 minutes before their arrival, once they arrived they introduced themselves and got right to work. The inspection went well and the technician made sure to show me what they were seeing. After the inspection there was some work that needed to be done and was suggested. After seeing photographs and discussing with the technician, I choose to have some of the proposed work done. There was no pressure or hard sales pitch, just practical safety and maintenance issues. The work was able to be accomplished during the visit, and in addition an additional discount was provided. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I will have them back to do a more thorough masonry inspection in the spring when there is not snow on the roof."

"Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."
