"I spoke to Rob just before 10:00a.m. He was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I sent him some pics of my water heater. He said someone would be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00. John showed up at 1:30 and the whole job was done by 3:30. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend R.A. Mechanical and will use them again for any of my plumbing issues."

"It went extremely well. The company sent out a plumber within 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. The hot water heater wasn't connected to the piping and water was gushing out instead of draining into the piping. It was a simple fix and the plumber came in and didn't charge for the 5 minute fix. I was so thankful. I would definitely recommend and use them again."
