The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."

"Cody showed up on time. Very polite young technician Appears to know his job well. He examined the indoor part of the system. Verified what initially indicated to his office that Freon is needed. He indicated that vents need to be cleaned before sealant and Freon can be added. Cost was as follows: $96 diagnostics + $203 for 1.5 pound Freon & labor + $60 another 30 minutes labor + $187 sealant (cost $27 on Amazon) = $545. System is working well. This cost is significantly higher than last service provider."
