Then that same day they were able to get us set up for our work. They began the project only a day later. They truly were amazing to work with and supported us throughout the process. We needed a huge job done, because we switched from all electrical to adding gas to our house along with a furnace, water heater, air conditioner, and all new ductwork. We had multiple obstacles that most people did not want to take on. Porterhouse helped us come up with solutions and were very reasonable. They were extremely hard working and did a great job with our house. We love our new heating and air systems! We also have a new thermostat that is wonderful. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!"

"They were able to send out a tech to repair our AC pretty quickly (within a few days), even though this was during a bout of unusually high temperatures. The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."

Ben took the time to explain how everything was installed and why it was installed the way it was. He also explained fully how the thermostat and humidifier work.

"After the tech diagnosed the issue with the AC. It was determined that I needed to run a new line from the AC condenser on the roof to the furnace in the basement. Seeing how the line within the wall was cut. Not sure how that happened but as a service technician myself I have ran plenty of low voltage wire, cable lines, and Cat 5/6 wiring for internet services. After assisting the tech with running the wires. He wants to overcharge me. I asked him if he normally has customers assist with his work and then charge them extra money for there help. And I had to use my own drill to finish the job. I will not be recommending him for anything. Sorry bro you can keep it moving."

"I noticed this deal of Air Duct cleaning for unlimited vents and called Angies List customer service to ask about the deal and make sure that my one furnace with 3 zones would fit this deal and got all my questions answered; then I purchased the service deal and within an hour or so, I was called by the service company (LOWE'S Air Duct Cleaning Inc) and told that they are working in my area today, and have an opening in the middle of the day since someone changed their appointment; I accepted the time; the service man (Milo) came on time, worked non stop for about 3 hours, where he opened each air vent for the incoming and returned air and cleaned. I have asked for a camera to be used in 3 air vents in order to see before and after cleaning, and noticed the difference. Milo was extremely kind, professional, and worked very hard to get things done in a reasonable amount of time given that I have about 27 air vents and returned air plus 4 long ducts in the basement that are coming from an into the one furnace; The service also included sanitizing and air freshening. I was extremely satisfied with the service, and would defenetly recommend the service to anybody."
