They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. When we were getting estimates, many people have given all kind of estimates. Some will only do one coat, some won't even sand for us. But Luis came in with saying he would do everything with a very competitive price. Besides, everything that he shared with us about how to treat the wood or types of paint is on point (I did my own research too). Last but most importantly, Luis is not pushy at all, he provide his professional opinion and lets you decide! So glad we found Luis, and we are already talking about using him again for our fence.
