Rob seemed knowledgeable and personable even the first time he showed up for the initial evaluation and quote. Once he started the job, Rob sealed all the cracks and after a couple days when the cement had cured, he was able to install the gas logs. Rob even returned to fix the way the fire displayed through the logs when we indicated that we were not initially satisfied. He made it right.
