Rob seemed knowledgeable and personable even the first time he showed up for the initial evaluation and quote. Once he started the job, Rob sealed all the cracks and after a couple days when the cement had cured, he was able to install the gas logs. Rob even returned to fix the way the fire displayed through the logs when we indicated that we were not initially satisfied. He made it right. I thought his knowledge in explaining the job was good and he had availability the same day so I hired him. He came back with the supplies needed with Kevin and Mark started the job and they completed the work in roughly 3-31/2 hours, everything looks great.
