Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."

"I bought an Anglie's List deal to have one room painted for $99.  It turned out that the deal included only the walls, not the ceiling and trim although that was not mentioned in the ad for the deal.  When I pointed that out to AOM, they agreed to include the trim.   They also agreed to paint an exterior door at no additional cost.  I paid extra for them to paint the ceiling for which they supplied the paint.  I had consulted with them prior to 10/2 about the other paint, which I had purchased in advance.  The two men who did the work were prompt and meticulous.  There was a slight problem with the finish on the door which they corrected a few days later.
