"We contacted Green Valley for siding, roof and window installation on our house. I talked to them on a Friday and they were able to have someone there by the next Wednesday. After a quick response and a great price we decided to go with them. When measuring for the roof we made the comment that we had some leaks and with all the up coming rain they were able to squeeze us in and complete the rear off and installation in one day. It took a little bit for them to get the siding and windows in but they ordered so the siding would be the same stock number and the windows had some odd sizes. When the windows were in they sent Scott and Jared up to install them, they removed 11 windows and installed the new ones all in one day. When doing the siding Scott and Jared were up again, this part took a little longer but after everyday they went around and picked up the yard. Every question I had they were able to answer it for me. The siding and windows turned out amazing!! When all done I had one complaint and David Flores was up on the final walk through and had it fixed right away. We had a very big project and they were able to get it done and stayed right in budget. If you need and kind of remodeling done on your house I would not hesitate to hire this company."

"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

"OMG, WILL NEVER call another contractor for a bid in Window World's area of expertise! Last week, as I was coming home from vacation, in traffic near Chicago, I received a call wanting to schedule an install date. I agreed that the following Monday would be fine. Requested an expected arrival time. was told between 8 & 9 a.m. I HAD to leave at 9:45 a.m. and did so.No-one had arrived to start siding. I put it off to bad weather. Didn't arrive home until mid-afternoon Monday. I found my 3 story home stripped of the old steel & vinyl siding AND nearly completely clad in the new insulation! The man running the crew came to my door asking if there was somewhere safe he could leave their tools etc. I was able to give them half my garage. The crew arrived shortly after 7 am.Tues. Worked until 7 pm. NON-stop! Then on Wednesday LESS THAN 3 days from starting job!!!) This crew had COMPLETED the job & was cleaning up & reloading their truck! The field supervisor was dumbfounded! The head of the crew even taught him a couple of things about siding, to make the job better with NO extra cost to homeowner! THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST! Not only did you save us thousands of dollars, but I got a top notch crew out of it! Those men on the crew were such hard-workers and so polite! I am thankful, Window World of East Peoria, was able to access and use this crew! Shoot, I'd hire the crew again if they did more than siding!"

"I had this company replace my windows, siding, insultation and decking on my porch. They were on time and did an absolutely beautiful job. I got used to opening my front door and finding their crews working. They were here for about a week and I never even had to clean up after them. What a marvel! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Agape came prepared to go up on my roof and looked in my attic to locate the areas where water was entering my interior. They communicated my options thoroughly and professionally, and far exceeded other companies that gave estimates in these regards. The price for the repair (and to replace the entire roof) was only several hundred more than some estimates, but I hands down felt more confident in Agape.

The work was completed in several hours, they cleaned up, and were pleasant to chat with.

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:  I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."
