"When TJ and his crew showed up at 8:05am they went straight to work! When my family and I walked out 20 minutes later they already had two windows out and the replacements being put in. When I came home at 11:30am to walk my dog, they were done inside and were finishing the outside. When I returned at 12:30 pm they were on the last window outside and finishing the clean up. They replaced 20 windows, including the basement, in less then 5 hours. They didn't leave anything behind and they did a great job!

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
