"I contacted them via Angie's List and got a quick response. They were out that weekend to give me a quote. The quote process seemed awkward at first, but he was just there to measure, which I didn't realize at first. I don't really know what I was expecting. Angel emailed me later that day with the quote which was for a PVC fence. I was in slight sticker shock because I knew PVC was a lot, but I guess I was hoping I could afford it. So I immediately emailed them back asking for a quote on wood, and I looked through their online pictures and determined the exact fence I wanted. They responded back within a day. I immediately accepted the contract because it was a good price for wood (cedar). They came out within 2 weeks and installed the fence. They were professional and cleaned up after, so that's a super plus. The reason I am super glad I went with them was because it was a truly custom fence. They built it all on site, which was shocking for the price. They took their time to make sure everything opened and closed correctly, to ensure things were level, and it was just nice to see them doing their job correctly. Even better they installed the gates and I wasn't happy because I thought the gate would be the same as the fence. So I called them up and they told me that they do the gates that way so that they can withhold the wear and tear longer. They said I could have it the way I wanted and to just be aware they may wear differently over time. So they called the crew and they immediately fixed it no questions asked. It was refreshing that they were honest, but knew they still had to please the customer! So in short I would definetly use them again. They were extremely responsive because it is their off season. So if you need a fence during the prime season, I would say be patient they will eventually get to you. Almost every contractor I've ever used during prime time takes months to respond/get to you, but there is a reason you have to wait...the good contractors are busy. I am so pleased!!!"

"Sergey was right on time, and great to work with for the sales appointment. We were told that the install would take place within 4-6 weeks, once we had everything turned in (permit, plat of survey, payment). They got it done in 2. The install crew was fast and clean with the work. If the new fence/gate wasn't there, you wouldn't even know they were there, no mess left behind. There was a small issue with the install, but Sergey, and Teri handled it and were very responsive. They had someone out the next day!! I would recommend SP Fence to anyone looking for their services. In fact, we plan on using them again for another project in the future!!"

"The service representative who came out to the house was very professional.  They were able to perform the job earlier like we requested.  They finished in 1 day but we had to call them back to redo a part of one of the gates because the craftsmanship was poor and the post didn't line up in order for the door to close.  They came out and redid the work and replaced some panels that we requested which were cracked.  The end result was a beautiful fence.

"A lot more to discuss about this than I would like. Drain tile construction seems fine, which is the most important part of this project by far! We will learn more upon a rainy season in the fall or spring. Demo was not as clean as we would have liked. We have steel studs in basement, so they pushed out walls to put drains to window wells behind electrical conduit for outlets. This ripped the drywall off of studs and pulled framing away from windows. We had to rerun electricity around the new drains and do some repairs because of this. If we had wood studs, we do not think that they would not have been able to cause as much damage, so this shortcut cost us some work. There is also a small dent in our ceiling on the main floor from when they were carrying materials. Dust was everywhere. They left the door to the basement open during demo and construction so dust was all over our main floor. Also, they mixed the concrete in our garage, so everything we move out of the basement to avoid dust is now covered in concrete dust. This is very difficult to remove since mixing with water will form more concrete. They asked what we need from them to fix this, but we do not see a good solution other than wiping down each individual item ourselves. It's a lot of work we spent a lot of time trying to avoid by following Alex's recommendations. There was a miscommunication and Reliable Basements did not put the new sump pump in, plus the check valves were put 2 inches from the lid of the sump pit leaving the pit inaccessible to us. After several attempts at communicating with them, they responded and replaced it and fixed the check valve placement in a timely manner. They missed a crack in the foundation, but were quick to come out and fill it for the same price they offered during the drain tile installation."

"Wilfredo, Raul and the crew did an amazing job, and so fast! They replaced a very old fence along my north property line with a beautiful cedar one plus a couple of gates I requested to keep the dogs away from the sides of the house and AC units. They finished the whole thing in one day! Amazing!"

"Went well, they fixed broken lines in the concrete floor, took out all the cabinets in the kitchen,tore up old flooring and carpets, replaced cabinets, laid Pergo throughout the house, and recut and hung all doors and trim to fit... Painted all, and hooked everthing back up!... Would highly recommend Bob and his crew!  Plus they're pleasant to work with... (That always helps)
