The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! I highly recommend Flores Fencing!"

"The service went okay. They did part of the work but never finished the project completely. I needed them to install a dining room light, repair a broken gate in the back and to reinforce a light outlet to hold a ceiling fan. The staff did not show up with all the equipment needed. I emailed Michael to see when they could come back out to complete the service. He agreed to come out and since my last point of contact they have been very unresponsive and extremely slow at responding. He just keeps putting the project off. I finally emailed him to tell him to forget about it and that I would be finding another contractor for the work. The technician who came out for the service did nice work, but he did have his radio blaring."

The workers did a good job putting the posts in the ground.  They worked quickly and that might have contributed to them cutting the cable line for both our house and that of our neighbor.  We had to wait a week for our cable company to fix the damaged cable lines. While I realize that Jeff is not responsible for the cable company being slow to respond, it was his workers that caused the problem.  Jeff gave me a 10% discount off the job which I don't think was enough for the level of inconvenience my neighbor and I experienced."
