Joe explained the entire process to me, while the crew blocked off all the vents, tested my system (I had 40% leakage) and then applied the Aeroseal to my ductwork. The sealing brought that figure down to just 3% and that was before Danny caulked the gaps between the vents and the drywall before replacing the grilles. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic.
