They had been badly done prior to my purchase of the house and were failing, to the point of falling off. They purchased the necessary hardware, came back the next day and did the installation. I have been involved in trades since the early 1990's. I returned to college, at the age of 32, to earn a degree in trade sciences and received a B.S. in 2005. I am a Jack of all trades so to speak. if I look at a project and don't feel comfortable that I can do a professional job, I will gladly recommend someone that is qualified for free.
